LCO client Ryan Kugler , Co-owner and President, Distribution Video & Audio Inc. spoke with Smart Business about finding and keeping customers online.

He points out that technology has changed the way that we do business because when we’re dealing on the Internet, we’re dealing with people who are not multimillion-dollar companies like Target or Big Lots. We’re dealing with a whole different species of an animal.

He also mentions that the biggest challenge … is finding new customers. If we cut our marketing, you’re not going to get new customers. Now, we can cut marketing as far as keep marketing to the same amount of people at a lower price.

Ryan Kugler is the President and Co-Owner of Distribution Video & Audio (DVA, Inc.), the nation’s largest closeout buyer in the home entertainment industry.
