No-Sugar Ghostly Cupcakes from Winner of ‘Next Great Baker’

MyFoxHouston – Chef Dana Herbert, winner of the “Next Great Baker” cooking competition TV program, shows food radio talk show host Cleverley Stone how to make No-Sugar Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Icing. He has some cute decorating ideas for Halloween using fondant and stencils. Watch how he does it and remember these ideas could be revised for other holidays too.
