Farrah Fawcett Foundation Shopping Benefit This Saturday!

From 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Alex and Ani, 150 Worth Ave., will co-host a “Charmed by Charity” shopping event marking the 66th birthday of the late actress Farrah Fawcett to benefit the Farrah Fawcett Foundation.

Giorgio Armani celebrity makeup artist Tim Quinn, a cancer survivor who worked with Fawcett many times, is a co-host of the event, which will raise funds for the foundation. Its mission is to fund cancer research, aid those battling the disease, and support cancer prevention and awareness around the world.

Unfortunately, Lindsey (the driving force behind CGC) who is a Fibro sufferer, had a deterioration in her health and the event did not happen.
