With every new year, new resolutions are made. Without fail, one of the most common resolutions is to eat more healthy foods. For some, healthier food may be a nice break from junk food, but for a lot of people, the thought of eating greens all day isn’t appealing in the slightest. They imagine giving up things like meat, delicious sauces, and the like.

Well, Patty Srisikiew of Natalee Thai Cuisine is here to save the day!

Srisikiew was on KCAL9 News discussing the healthy food options that are offered at Natalee Thai, as well as demonstrating how to create a delicious and healthy beef salad (yes, beef in a salad can still be healthy).
